    Hi,

    I am trying to add this file into the Premiere 6.5 but receive error message.

    Why?

    Premiere 6.5 predates divx 5.

    You may need to decode/convert divx to uncompressed RGB or YUYV or YUY2 first and then import into Prem 6.5

    No but I'd start with the downloadable divx 5 decoder and convert in virtualdubmod. Others can provide more detail.
