Hi, I'm looking for a way to convert DVDs to .avi files. Then I want to convert the .avi files to either .3gp or .mpg4 format with 320x240 reolution, ~25fps, ~300KB/s, with AAC audio @ ~92KB/s. How do I do all that while keeping the audio and video in sync?
