I recently got a new phone. I am having trouble watching avi videos.
I am new to this and have read the notes at the top of the page.
Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.

Explain the relationship of new phone to watching avi videos.

What is happening? Are you on DSL?

    streaming video ?

or avi files you placed on the memory card ?

most mobile phone devices use 3gp or 3g2 (3gpp ) as the Native format even WM6 smart phone/ppc/pda use this as Native format

for you to play avi files that may be a higher resolution than the phones native 320-240, you need to install a 3rd party media player app like TCPMP

or convert your videos to 320-240 3g2 format
    with a program like Super

It is when I put an avi to the memory card. I will try the programs you listed.
I tried super before and it did not work well with vista.
