I am trying to use SVCD2DVD to create playable DVDs from HD content. I have used VideoRedo Plus to extract .mpg files from the transport streams. These .mpg files are 1280x720.
I load these into SVCD2DVD and set it going and it creates an S2D file (size 1280x720) and VOB files (size 1280x720). Consequently, the DVD doesn't play !
I am using 2 pass encoding and pulldown, with keep AC3.
Am I misunderstanding what SVCD2DVD actually does ? I thought it would convert the files to 480 pixels ...

It will not convert the .mpg files, if you want it converted to 720x480, you should use the TS files as your source (assets).
