    IBM Corp. is recalling 526,000 laptop batteries worldwide made by Sony Corp (NYSE:SNE - news)., the latest in a series of problems with Sony batteries, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said Thursday.

    This must be the biggest Sony image black eye. Consumer will think Sony make dangerous product that is also low quality and cheap.

    Depends on what you are expecting. Sony did make a very high quality product for setting laptops on fire.
