Looking for a good DVD creator

Hey,
I've been looking at the different DVD tools and am trying to find one that will allow me to put multiple video files (avi,mp4, etc) onto a DVD, and give me the option to set my own chapter settings and create my own menus. I've worked some with DIKO, but it doesn't give me the option on custom chapter settings. Is there any program out there that will allow me to do this, free or not?

ConvertXtoDVD is probably one of the best dvd converters that supports many formats like avi,mp4 but has limited authoring(menus,chapters)...you could convert with it and then make new menus,chapters with Tmpgenc DVD Author.

If you want free tools you can convert with Super, MediaCoder, Quenc and then author with GuiForDVDAuthor, DVDStyler.
