    im gettin the same problem , it says finished really fast and never encods it- any ideas?

    The PSP H.264 preset seems to handle the inverted mapping in FLV files (stream #0.0 audio, stream #0.1 video) by itself. The PSP (XviD) preset needs a little guidance, by setting the "invert mapping" checkbox in the Audio tab.
