Hello,
I'm justwondering if anyone has any tips on working and editing on DV.
I'm using a Panasonic DV cam, Adobe Premiere 6.0. Usually after editing on Premiere, I export the video to a DV AVI. And if i need to encode it to MPEG-1 for VCD, I do it with TMPGEnc. Trouble is, sometimes the resulting MPEG gets rather "blocky". What do I need to do to get the quality of the mpeg as high as possible?
