For repairing problem or defective .WMV files, which is something it claims to do. I noticed no Guides for this program listed here, and fiddling with the running program did not illuminate any promising avenues for trying to do this. Typical clips problems would include non-seekability (a need for re-indexing, as with .MPG ??), and "frame-flashing." If there are better tools for dealing with these issues, what would you suggest ?
I have had some luck with using Womble DVD Wizard to correct errors in .MPG files, and am looking to add that capability for a number of other video file types. Time to broaden the toolkit.
[EDIT: I was running the latest ver. of ASFbinWin, which does have its own GUI.]

When in Las Vegas, don't miss the Pinball Hall of Fame Museum http://www.pinballmuseum.org/ -- with over 150 tables from 6+ decades of this quintessentially American art form.
