  1. I've borrowed a DVD from a someone who made it themselves but there's a little problem.

It will play OK on a standalone DVD player & on my friends PC (Windows 9 but it will only play about 15 secs on mine before it says it may be damaged.

There are no scatches on the DVD at all & it does play fine on other DVD players.

I need to Rip it more than anything but I've tried SmartRipper & Cladmdec but they both get so far before reporting it can't read from a certain sector.

Also I've tried simply coping a VOB file but it trys for about 3 mins before it says it's no longer able to read from the drive!

    Can anyone help?

I have Windows Me & never had Rip problems before but this is my first amateur DVD
What's the point in being an adult if you can't be childish once in a while?
