    Hello,

I converted some Mov Files to VOB (DVD compliant) using Super.

How can I create a DVD with these DVD compliant VOB files?
(there are no IFO and VTS files).

    Thanks in advance.

    You can

    1. Use IFOEdit to create new ifo/bup files for your VOBs
    2. Use TDA (or similar) to import the content, create menus and output a working DVD structure

I tried with Ifoedit to create ifo files for VOB but
    - I could not open more then 1 file at once
    - became error message: Could not find any VOB unit in Vob file(s)

I don't have the VOBs, so I can validate what you are doing, but these might help

    Thank you.
I believe that my VOB's are not really VOB's.

Someone has convert files to VOB (dvd compliant) in SUPER?

They should still be VOBs, however there are other ways to skin a cat.

Start with VOBMerge to put them together into one big VOB. Then use VOB2MPG to demux them and author with something else. Do you have any authoring software ?

Before this, you could try opening one of the VOBs in the latest G-Spot (2.52beta) to see if it contains compliant video. Personally, I never understood the point of software that creates VOBs in isolation to a full DVD structure.

    Thank you guns1inger.

I've controlled a VOB file in Gspot.
Seems to be a correct file.

    DVD "VOB" format
    Mpeg-2 program stream << [1 vid, 1 aud]
    sys bitrate: 10080 kb/s VBR

    Audio: AC3

    However IfoEdit gives the error:
Could not find any VOB unit in Vob file(s)

    ------------------------------------------
    VOBMerge:
cannot download the software (need password)

Try using Rejig instead. Load the first VOB in the sequence, it should pick up the rest. Demux. You will get elementary streams (i.e. a video only file, and an audio only file)

I found the solution for the IFOEdit error.
I renamed the "name".VOB file in VTS_01_1.VOB and it works.
Now I have IFO and BUP files but still have a VTS_01_1 file of 3,3 GB. What to do to create VTS_files of max. 1 mb?
