Ok, I got a avi file and trying to convert it to vcd. When I send it through TMPGENC it doenst have any sound, so I sent it through virtualdub and extracted the audio. Now I just add the wav file to TMPGENC, but it still is coming out without any sound. I have all the codecs installed because the avi file plays with sound.
