I am making a dvd with a bunch of different video files,an i want to make all the files sound the same volume,some are lower when it goes on to play the next file an i want to make all of them the same,what tool should i use or how can i do this? thanks

suppose the audio is mpeg layer ii as is common with vcd audio files, how can we do this?

uLead DVD Movie Factory has an option to 'Normalize' the audio when authoring. IDK if it takes WMA or not. Free 21 day trial though.
