    Hi there what is the easiest way to extract avi or mpg from an ISO or IMG on my HDD. looked around but couldnt find anything so sorry if it has already been covered.

    I use ISOBuster most of the time, but there are other programs in 'Tools' to the left. <<<<<<

    ye what i wanted to do was convert from ntsc to pal for a m8.........probs best way would be to mount in deamon and extract mpg then convert that way then author back to dvd.
