Hi i just bought a new lh gm73 mpeg4 mp3 player and i can't get videos to play on the damn thing. The program it comes with to convert videos sucks, they go out of sync badly and i can't get any other videos to work.

.mp4's are not recognized at all

the program it came with converts videos to .avi at 160x128 15fps.

I can't find any other programs that will do that resolution.

I geuss that's what i get for buying a product that came out 8 days ago.

Any help would be appreciated.
