I have svcd2dvd 2.0
My system is 1.8GHZ and 2GB of Memory.
Is there an way to optimise performance.
Have only just added the extra 1GB of Memory and not noticed any improvement.
I notice In Task Manager, when a file is being encoded it its done by something ff - its priority is always set to Low.
Is it better to set this to High, I have tried it but never noticed a great improvement in performance?
thanks
Lee

CPU & Disk I/O are the two resources where you can get the greatest benefit.
For HDD:
7200rpm over 5400rpm and/or
8MB cache over 2MB
For CPU:
more HZ, more cacheSVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
