    What do you mean by 'Still Performance'? Do you mean mean when the video is paused? That's mostly based on the file you are playing and it's quality and format. You would need to give more information to get a decent reply.

    EDIT: Sorry, I missed that was a camcorder. That was some of that information that was needed.

    Assuming you are reffering to the still camera ability where they will store the image file on memory card try www.camcorderinfo.com .

    Overall the still capabilities of most camcorders are not that great, you're better off getting a cheap dedicated still camera. I have $2k Canon GL2 and I can truthfully say the still shots suck... Video is another story though.

    The only advantage to using a camcorder for stills (photos) is the long zoom lens. In almost every other spec, a digtal camera is superior.

    The reverse is true for video.

    Google those model numbers for Megapixel specs.
