    Hi all~!

    I'm new to this forum and I hope you can help me out here..Is there any way to lower the bitrate of a MPG file? I have VirtualDub and TMPGEnc but it seems that or I dont know how to lower the bitrate of MPG file...Hope someone will help me out here! Thanks a lot!

    re-encode at lower bitrate w/ tmpgenc

    use the wizard mode in tmpgenc and just lower the output file size.
