I purchased a new game and tried to run it but i only get audio and no video. I ran the dxdiag and when i ran the direct3d test my screen goes blank and back to windows withj msg says that test stopped by user, but never stopped it. I tried to install a prvious driver, it was show the driver was not wqhl certified. Still no help. Using a leaktek ti4600 geforce 4 card never had this problem., any help would be great. ALso if i disable the game doesnt work at all. Thanx again.

Have you tried reinstalling DX9.0c?

if it's a new game you may not meet the minimum specs. check the box and readme file carefully. the 4600 is kinda long in the tooth now. creative labs gave up on video what 10 years ago?

tried to re-install and still no good. Also aedipuss its not a creative labs card its a nvidia based geforce 4 by leadtek.

your computer details lists a creative card, sorry. still the leadtek may be too old. what is the game?
