Hi guys, i am new to all of this and i have the following problem; I got a lot of *.m2v video files and matching *.ac3 files with the audio - i need to multiples the video and Audio and then Author a simple DVD; I have been looking at a lot of encoders and tools but i am not sure which is best to use. Also i need to be able to automate this process, i.e. using command line batch files or something. Anyone any ideas, please assist, thanks

dvdauthor has been compiled to a win32 binary. If you download dvdauthorgui, you can use it a few times to understand how dvdauthor works, then use the binaries for your own automated process.

DVDAuthorGUI creates a temporary batch file, which you can use to understand the process.

use mkisofs. Again, the binary can be found packaged with DVDAuthorGUI.
    The command line should be

    mkisofs.exe -dvd-video -V "TitleofDVD" -udf -o C:\test.iso C:\dvdfolder
