I have a SB PCI 512 that does not 'capture' any sound using any of my capture programs (Virtual Dub, MMC, Movie Maker, MS Encoder, etc). I noticed tonight that when I try and just record a .wav file from the microphone that doesn't work either. I can RIP and Burn CDs, and the speakers work fine (all four) outputing line in and CD Audio etc.. and when I enable the Mic I get audio in the speakers too. It just doesn't seem to record anything under any options/configurations. I have downloaded the updated XP drivers from Creative. Any help would be appreciated.
