ffmpeg.exe error when processing 2nd mpeg file

[have mercy]

chrissy boy can you help
have been using your program for sometime and never had this,
have 2 bin images, load them into svcd2dvd (latest version) the first bin image goes through without a problem but the 2nd bin image extracts to mpeg ok but when trying to get it to a S2D file a window pops up with ffmpeg.exe error and the application has to close.

this 2nd bin image plays fine with VLC
