I'm using clone dvd to back up several short dvds. I would like to put these on one backup dvd. I have 3 options write to disk, make vid/ aud ts files or iso. I tried makeing multiple vid/aud ts files but this doesnt seem to work.

I don't think that this is possible with CloneDVD. If you don't want menus use DVD Shrink in re-author mode. If you do, you'll need to reauthor - TDA is my personal choice. Nice and easy (big plus for me!) and a 30 day fully functional free trial...

Yeah, but this is from the same location, be that a single DVD disk or VIDEO_TS dir. (ie, main tile + any number of extras w/out a menu). This option is essentially the same as 'Clone Disk' (or similar) but with the 'maintain menu structure' box unticked.

I would agree that this seems to work in that fashion. Seems kinda redundant.

Totally agree -- but CloneDVD is designed for a newbie with limited points to go wrong. To that end it fulfils its function.

Just had a look at the DVD Shrink page in Tools. Not sure why the download link has gone (may be VH is hosted in the USA) but if you click on "read more" you'll come to a download page.
