Hi I saw a post on here and I wanted to know if you have to have a dvd burner in order to burn the dvd's? can't you burn them on a regual cdburner? i'm not trying to burn dvd to dvd but vcd or mpegs to dvd please let me know, because with ulead dvd factory, you can convert straight to dvd and burn it with cdr's but that will make a minidvd, so I thought it should or with a regular dvd-r. Please help

You can make a miniDVD with a regular CD burner. miniDVD = ~20 minute DVD on regular CD-R media which almost nothing can play.
