My error I mean't not ture full blowing hardware capturing device you should beware that the audio is soft encode unless you using PCM mode which in case that mode dosen't alway keep sync and problem is that the WIS GO7007SB dosen't natively supports encoding audio into MP2 nor MP3.
I have scean other capture card build this vary same way like that one and it alway seem to have the very same major problem.

Try the InstantDVD+MP3 from ADSTech (www.adstech.com). New product that was unveiled at the CES 2006 a couple weeks ago.

    It looks very good!
The MPEG 2 and 4 videos are all drop field deinterlaced. Ugly. And the MPEG 4 videos aren't much smaller (MB/min) than the MPEG 2 equivalents.

On closer examination the HQ MPEG 4 video looked better (less macroblocking) than the HQ MPEG 2 video. At GQ the situation was reversed.

It seems really very good but we should wait for a review in order to avoid ugly surprises (such as macroblocking, audio sync, driver problems etc...)
