    Is there any software that will let me add or strip pulldown flags from H.264 (AVC)?

    Or even some software that would let me know if there are pulldown flags or if I am dealing with a native 29.97 stream.

    Is software support nonexistent for H.264 or am I looking in the wrong place?

    I don't think H.264 supports 2-3 pulldown. From my observations, ive seen that when I convert 24fps to 30fps H.264/MP4, it only doubles every fourth frame.
    Although I guess it could be the converting programs that im dealing with...
