Hi, you guys were a big help last time I had a problem so I'm hoping you are again.

I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct place for this question as my question is about audio, but audio that is part of my video. So move this if you have to.

Anyways, the info and problem: I was filming for a Video Production class I take at school right beside a main road. The dialogue can be heard easily, I was just wondering if there was any specific filters I can use to mask it slightly. I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the video. And I can always download programs that may be useful, or 'buy' them.

This isn't urgent, but the sooner the better.

Did you mean to say the dialogue can't be heard easily?

No. It can be heard easily, there's just more traffic noise than I would like.

I would be looking at the EQ settings, to see if you can either isolate and reduce the traffic noise, or isolate and boost the dialogue.

As gunslinger said, only don't forget harmonics. You might have to look to several bands.

There's a couple audio filters in FFDShow, like Crystalizer, Noise Reduction, and so on. Maybe try one or more of those as a plug-in? I've heard it's possible, but I'm not sure how...
