    I bought this at Walmart for $98. It seems to play everything ok. Records to dvd-r/rw. The big problem is that the tuner will not work. It gets no signal from antenna, gets one channel from cable and it's in black n white. I returned one and the 2nd has the same problem.

    I guess you get what you pay for.

    How likely is it that two of them have the same problem?
