I hope this is the right forum - if not I am sorry

I just installed a new motherboard/CPU, but, I am having problems with my All-in-Wonder 128 PRO APG card.

When I use File Player, VideoCD, and CD player in my MMC 7.2 everything works (except when I try to get a still image- I get the still but the video image freezes as the video continues), however, when I try to use TV/Capture I get the TV's start up screen then the "blue screen of death" with the following message:

A Fatal Exception 0E has Occurred at 0028:00000009. The Current Application will be Terminated.

Then after pressing a key I am back in Windows 98, but, unless I reboot I can't access any of the MMC 7.2 applications. Which then brings me back to the same problem with TV/Capture.

Furthermore, when I try to use the ATI Multimedia Icon in Control Panel, the same error message appears.

Also, I have found that in System Property a yellow "!" next to something called ATI TuneP, WDM TV Tuner.

On the other hand, the display part of the AIW is working fine with no problem what so ever.

I have no idea what is wrong! I am running the latest Windows 98 drivers (WME_R128_4_13_7192) and MMC 7.2. I even tried going back to DirectX8 after I thought the problem was with DirectX9. But it did not help.

In reading around I have found that Pentium 4 with Hyper-Treading has cause problems with the MMCs. And since my CPU has AMD's version of it I thought it might be the cause. But then, the problems with the Pentium 4 CPU's have been with those that run Windows XP. And as I have stated, I use Windows 98.

I am at my wits end, I have posted to other forums/news groups and they don't seem to have a clue. The answers I get back is either use newer drivers or my memory is bad.

Is there another answer?

Please help.
