    suddenly unable to burn with nero saying that it has a compatabilty problem with this version of windows never happened before how do I solve this???Using shrink 3.2 but cannot burn with nero asking me to goto ahead softwear to get update!?!?

    Did you check with Nero to see what the update is? If you have a OEM version of Nero that came with the burner, that may not be too surprising.

    If you have a full version, you might uninstall and reinstall it to see if that helps. I would use the Nero CleanTool after you uninstall before you put Nero back in there. It gets rid of a lot of Nero residual problems.
