  1. Hi Guys,

I have been doing PC to PC recordings for a while now. The recording pc is running IUVCR, and copies the TV Out from my main pc which is playing a game.

So, basically PC2, records my tv out from PC 1 of me playing a game.

It works ok, but I crave better quality.
Can I do anything with DVI?
    Or Better hardware?

PC1 has an X800 Pro with Tv Out,
PC2 has an All in Wonder 9800

Many thanks for any help offered.

    Andy

You can try screen recoders like fraps. They record to the harddrive in avi mode. Though some seem to have audio synch problems (not fraps so far though to my knowledge).

FRAPS will not encode to divx however. It remains in a large lossless avi codec so you'd need a fairly large harddrive to do any lenghty recordings.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

  3. I have used Fraps before, sadly it drops the FPS in the game to much to make it viable.
