I'm having some trouble with muxing audio and video with vdub it gives me the error "Error decompressing video frame 0: an unknown error occurred (may be corrupt data). (error code -100)" I have the latest xvid, and vdubmod (also tried in latest version of vdub same problem), along with ffdshow and a friend of mine with similar codecs has tried this for me and has successfully gotten it to work in vdub (same source file) so I am wondering if anyone can help me out?
I've tried convering the xvid to divx using winavi and it gave the same error when put into vdub? Can anyone help me out? DivFix also shows no errors for the xvid version.
Can somenoe please help me out![]()

You shouldn't need to decode the video to mux audio anyway though. So although it is a problem, it shouldn't effect what you are doing.
If your XviD is older than this: http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/XviD.cvs.head.exe (8th Oct) then it isn't the latest.
Also, what is VDub using to decode? If XviD is properly installed then it will be used. If it isn't properly installed then something else will be used.
