    Hello everyone

I am aware that there are devices that can making multiple CD copies at once. But these mcahines are very costly - a one-to-four CD duplicater costs approximately $500.

Is there any softwares that will do the same thing? I think it will be substantially less expensive to use it with several single-disc CD burners.

    Thanks

Nero definitely can, but you are limited to burning at S/D speed, where S is the speed of your slowest burner, and D is the number of burners you use. In practice, I found it to take just as long, if not a touch longer to burn 2 CDs to 2 burners at the same time, as opposed to burning 2CDs to the 1 burner twice. The only real saving IMO is that you don't have to load another CD halfway.
    If in doubt, Google it.

    Thanks

Which Nero are you using? Because I use Nero 6 and it does not offer me a choice to use both my CD-ROMs.

Of course it does. When you have clicked on the burn icon you will see a box that says multiple burners. Click it. Now you will see all of your burners. Shift click the burners you want to activate.

    both my CD-ROMs.
I do hope you meant CD/RW instead!

I have 8 old SCSI 16x CD-R burners (all same models that I salvaged) that I have connected to a modded Win98SE, PII box. Use Nero 5.5.?? and it burns all 8 at the full 16x. No slowdown here! Now that's recycling. 8)
