Wouldn't it be easier just to adjust the sub timing?

    thanks guys

ok, i have subtitle workshop right now, and tried adding the delay when i saw that this program doesnt suport rmvb, so either i need to convert or find a program that does allow a subtitle delay and supports rmvb.

i tried to use winavi to convert to avi, with xvid encode, but it said it was gonna take over 22 hours! is that correct or should i choose a different audio/video codec?

could you guys tell me a program thats easy to use, converts easily to avi, mpg, wmv, etc, and keeps the same aspect ratio, fps, quality, etc besides eo video?

    any suggestions are appreciated
