    After taking the .spc file from a DVD, how can I convert it into something that I can import into DVDSP?
    A picture is worth a thousand words, but a good camera is worth about a thousand bucks.

    See if the .spc file can be opened with Subtitler 0.124.
    If so, then it should be able to export it as DVDSP3 compliant
    file (.slt) and then you can natively import to Track
    in DVDSP3.
