You can't mix PAL and NTSC on the same track (and shouldn't on the same DVD). You could try putting the second video in a seperate track. If it lets you, try burning to a RW first to see if your player will accept it.
Otherwise there are several guides about converting from one to the other.

I don't think TDA will let you mix PAL and NTSC, even on different tracks. Apparently DVD-Lab will though.

No need to convert anything - just use DVDPatcher and https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=451#451 to trick TMPGEnc DVD Author into thinking said file is PAL. Make sure you patch back the VOB(s) affected when it's finished authoring.
    If in doubt, Google it.

dvd patcher has never worked for me. I tried something else and it did work. I Authored two dvd's
    one with PAL_Video
second with NTSC_Video and same Ntsc Video

After Authoring I replaced files from the second Disc using one from the disc one. Oh forgot to mention I did replace the menu thumnail video of the second disc with the pal video and it did not have a problem with that, when Authoring the second Disc. Only dont replace the main Video_Ts files. I have done it this way just as a test and it worked. I tried using dvd patcher a while back but it was too hectic and the result came out with green artifacts on the left side of the video. Dont know recently if that has been fixed.
    Hope this helps

I am gonna do more test and probably have a guide soon, as soon as I get some time.

FWIW I used to get those artifacts if I forgot to patch the VOBs back at the end, or if I just did the header instead of the entire file.
    If in doubt, Google it.
