    Whats the best way to record online streaming at 128 KBPS at its clearest to mp3?
    I dont want any distortion.

    .wav or .aiff should prevent any further degredation, but if you want to then turn around and re-encode to 128 MP3 later on, don't think it will sound like the original. It will be the near-equivalant of encoding 128 twice in a row.
