svcd2dvd problem

i have just formatted my pc and have just downloaded svcd2dvd 1.5 it installs ok but when i try to run it it won`t run it comes up with a box at the top it says svcd2dvd.exe-common language runtime debugging services and in the box it says application has generated an exception that could not be handled process id=0xd24(3364),thread id=0xba8 i then click cancel to debug the application and it says svcd2dvd.exe -no debugger found an attempt to launch a jit debugger with the following command resulted in an error 0x2(2).please check computer settings
cordbg.exe!a 0xd24 can anyone help please

What version of the .net framework do you have installed?

i am using .net 1.1 with all the updates

Do you get the same with v2?

no v2 works fine

Can you download & extract following to a folder and run the exe:

Can you reply with the build number?

So to recap. you have just (in that last day) downloaded and installed both versions but only v2 works... v1.5 gives the error?

(just checking that v2 & v1.5 are fresh off the website)

yes v2 works and 1.5 does`nt work both downloaded of the web site

Can you delete the "SVCD2DVD.exe.config" file from the v1.5 folder & give it a try?
