If I load 2 avi files, cd1 & cd2, how do I get S2D to make the output file larger than 4.37?

You can use the Dual Layer "DL" switch or don't use auto fit.
SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.
