After using tocsplit (selection 4) to create seperate tracks a cue file a gbf file and some bin files, What do I do to create a VCD using Nero? What are these files and what do they do?

Not familar with TOCsplit, but the bin file is animage file, and teh cue file/sheet is is the 'instructions' to burn it. Basically you load the cue sheet in your burner, and it uses the bin file as source.
I don't recommend burning bin/cue files w/ Nero (it can do it thou). Choose file | burn image. Then choose *.* (nero doesn't do cue files by default) then choose the cue file you want to burn.
I'd recommend burning bin/cue files w/ CDRDAO, a freeware program. But it's command line/dos based. So you'll want a GUI for it, either VCDEasy, TSCV, or Xduplicator. You can d/load
