  1. Did any of you encounter this problem?
    This happens whenever I try to reencode an MPEG file
    in TMPGEnc. But when I removed Ulead (unistall) from
    my PC TMPGEnc works just fine.

  2. yeah.. i installed that in w2k and it caused tmpgenc to act up . as well as invoking my mgi studio to try to reinstall itself over and over .. it crashed most apps i tried to run. so i axed it.. oh well.. worked at TAD better in win 98
