A problem with ASV Video Converter

after i installed Avs video converter 3.1.2.152 , when i played some .avi (not all), the picture was go quite slow. Just some .avi , other .avi and other files (.mpg , wmv...) are ok.

Can someone help me ?
Dont tell me to uninstall AVS video converter , cause i do need it to add text to the movie

what is the source that doesn't work? avi can divx,xvid,dv
what is the framerate?
what do you convert to?

and you can add text with other tools.

_Does framerate mean bit rate .If right , all of them dont show the Bit rate
_I convert to any files, but because the picture went slow so after i converted , the file was slow , too

And what other tools i can add text ??
