No sound after conversion

I have just put 2 mpg files through s2d and have just played it in WMP 10 like i always do but there is no sound.
I have played the original mpg file and the mpg file that s2d creates and both have sound ok.
I play the video ts ifo file in videredo and ok.
But when i try the same file in wmp no sound at all.
I tried a different file in WMP 10 just to see and that works fine.
Any help on this please.

So is there sound in the final DVD? In MPC, WinDVD etc or on your dvd player?
