I purchased a Fushion HD 5 card, it is pretty sick.
I want to know how to convert the .tp streams to divx AND remove commercials. (The software that comes with the card can't remove commercials)
Virtualdub would be perfect for this, but it doesn't support .tp streams.
Any help is greatly appriciated.

I am sorry if I offended you or anybody else. I just wanted to let him know, either I didn't explain my question well enough, or he didn't understand what my question.
I am sorry for any confusion. 8) -
Thanks for your response.
I was following this guide. This isn't the whole thing, just steps 1-4
http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/DigiTV/dvb-basics.htm
I was having trouble at Step 3: Demultiplex the DVB stream.
I used ProjectX to Demultiplex the .ts file. For some reason, it didn't output video, just audio. Without the video I cannot move to step 4.
FYI
I already tried using Divx converter (can't cut commercials)
No version of vdub works
I have a .tp stream, but had to rename it too .ts so ProjectX recognizes it. -

You might try either VideoRedo or HDTVtoMPEG2 for editing the commercials and converting to a program stream (.mpg). You don't lose any quality doing this. The video data itself is untouched except at the edit points.
Then load the edited .mpg into VirtualDubMod or DivX Converter for conversion to DivX. -
Yes, I really love this card, it is pretty slick.
Sounds Great. I will try now.
I will post my results. -
Well, I got it to work. Now it will just take a whole bunch of tweaking to get it just right.
