  1. Checked the FAQ section with no success. Please help.

  2. Rip the VCDs into MPEGs and demultiplex them into M2V and M1A. Resample the 44.1 kHz M1A VCD audio to 48 kHz DVD audio as either M1A or AIF. Author M2V and M1A (or AIF) files as a video-DVD.
