I have a file that Gspot says is a realmedia (RM) file, I want to convert it to Mpeg to put on a vcd, is this possible?, VirtualDubMod and Tmpgenc wont open it
What do I need to use?

You need to use the "Search" facility of this site... Under "How To... and don't forget to check to tools list, check under convert rm to.
