  1. okay...I managed to get the movie.dvd thing done, but now I want to burn it to a dvd but when I insert a blank dvd disk, the movie.dvd files that I want to burn dont show up in idvd, so how can I burn the disk without another 3rd party app? using osx 10.4.1 & ffmpegx 0.9s on a powermac G4

You might want a moderator to move this to the Mac forum and you may get better responses.

ffmpegX can create DVD Disk image files from a VIDEO_TS folder (DVDimg button), which you can burn thru Disk Utility. (*)

    thanx redwudz & case...
i made disk image with ffmpegx & tried to burn using disk utility - once i figured out how to do that - but it only burned about 6 min of a 2 hr file... i got a copy of toast 6 lite when i bought the dvd burner but didnt install it yet...would that work better than disk utility for burning a dvd from the ffmpegx disk image?
sorry for being such a newbie
    but thanx for your help

  5. Hi all!

Can anyone help me with the DVD2one ?!

My problem is that I process a dvd successfully but, when putting it into toast to burn, it tells me that few files are unsupported ....

    Any clue ?!
