Has anyone else done this? (I'm sure someone has!) Anyways, I would like to hook up a dvd player to 2 separate TV's so we can watch the same dvd together on different TV's. More specifically, I have two TV's in the RV, but from my bed I can't see the one TV unless I have binoculars (small TV next to kid's beds). So I want to add another TV next to my bed so I can watch whatever movie is on from my bed. I don't have enough room for another DVD player, so that's not an option (plus we all like to watch the same thing). The 2 TV's are ~20-25ft apart (after routing RCA cables). Can I just add an RCA 'Y' splitter with one output going to one TV, the 2nd to the other? Or will that degrade the picture and/or audio too much. Also, what about ~25ft of RCA cable, is that too much?

Thanks in advance for any thoughts, opinions...

My uncle has a setup close to what you want. He bought a few of these at Radio Shack. I'm not sure what the cost was there. His TV's are only about 20 feet apart. I just called him and asked about any issues, so far he hasn't had any. He has had the setup for about 3 years.

Great! It's nice to know someone else tried it first before me. Thanks a ton. I appreciate your help.

Better how? Better quality? If the Y splitter that Bodyslide mentioned yields a poor quality, than I'd like to improve. However, I'm only watching a 13 inch TV... $44 seems like a lot if I can get away with using the Y splitters.

    Thank you in advance.
