    I have a Samsung TX75 home theatre sytem connected to a Sharp Aquos TV. Is there any way that I can connect a 2nd DVD player so that it plays through the home theatre. I would like to get the sound coming through all 4 speakers.

    It apparently has a HDMI input. Use that for the second DVD player. Or if you are using it, add a HDMI switch. HDMI should also have the digital audio for surround sound.
