  1. I have a iso image that is in the pal formatt and I need it in the NTFS formatt and still an iso. How would I go about this.

    ummmm, maybe you were searching on the wrong word -- I think you want NTSC?

    Not sure it can be done still in the ISO format.

    NTFS is a file system for your hard drive.

    No, you have to get the files out of the ISO, then do the conversion, then recreate the ISO.
    That said, an ISO is neither NTSC nor PAL - the video that may be inside the ISO may be.
